It is a well known fact that I am a voracious consumer of Hong Kong action movies and kung fu flicks. The release of Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon solidified my obsession in the pop culture landscape and was an easy target for our next pig out party…again the menu was asian/chinese inspired.
